Nutrigenomics

Nutrigenomics is the research of the interaction between genes, nutrients and their health outcomes.

The information obtained through a nutrigenomics test provides a precise understanding of how the body reacts to the consumption of certain foods, beverages, and supplements, allowing for specific nutritional recommendations based on an individual’s DNA.

The nutrigenomics test I use is widely recognized as the global leader in genetic testing for personalized nutrition. It takes into account 70 genetic markers validated by Randomized Clinical Trials (RCTs). The test was developed in accordance with the most rigorous standards of scientific evidence.

Our genes do not determine our destiny. DNA test results are not diagnostic of future diseases. While we cannot change our genes, we can change how they work for or against our health.

This way, you can have a meal plan that optimizes your genetic potential and eat according to your DNA.
